All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products, tooth gem products, tools, or accessories.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit only (no refunds).
